Nigerian singer Qdot has once again revisited the chilling armed robbery attack he survived in September 2025, revealing that the incident continues to take a heavy emotional toll on him.
The artist poured his experience into a freshly released song titled ‘28 of Sept’, which dropped in January 2026.
The track serves as a personal reflection on the violent home invasion that left him traumatised and struggling with anxiety.
In the song, Qdot narrates what he described as the scariest moment of his life, using heartfelt lyrics to explore themes of faith, endurance, gratitude, and the will to survive despite overwhelming fear.

He disclosed that the armed assailants robbed him at gunpoint, making away with his phones and laptops, draining his bank accounts, and hijacking his social media profiles.
Sharing further details on X, the singer admitted that the psychological effects of the attack have not faded, as he now battles recurring fear and sleepless nights.
28 of Sept OUT NOW. Even though September 28 has passed, the trauma is still with me. I wake up every night at 2:30 a.m. in fear and can no longer sleep peacefully. I pray for healing and peace, and for stronger government action so this suffering can finally end @followlasg @CruLagospolice @LagosPoliceNG,” Qdot wrote.
He also used the opportunity to call on relevant authorities to step up security efforts, expressing hope that stronger action would prevent others from experiencing similar ordeals.
