Kemi Nandap, the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, has warned Nigerians over the desperate attempts of fraudsters who were looking to defraud members of the public with a fake recruitment exercise.
Nandap had disclosed that the NIS was not currently recruiting via a statement, made by the spokesman of the Service, DCI Kenneth Udo, in Abuja and it partly read,
“The attention of the Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service Kemi Nandap, pcc, mmis, fsmn, has been drawn to the alarming increase in fake recruitment activities being perpetrated by fraudsters.
“The NIS is working closely with relevant authorities to apprehend those involved in these fraudulent activities and bring them to justice.”
