INEC Meets NYSC, Express Readiness For the Elections.
Prof Mahmoud Yakubu, the chairman of the National Electoral Commission, INEC visited the National Youth Service Corps on Friday, with an indication that they are set for the Presidential Elections to take place in February.
He noted that it is impossible to carry out a successful election, without the involvement of members of the Youth Service Corps as ad-hoc staff.
The NYSC Acting Director General, Christy Uba, used the opportunity to ask that the National Youth Service Corps allowance be reviewed considering the high cost of living in Nigeria.
