Ex-Barcelona legend, Ronaldinho has voiced his opinion on Lionel Messi, Paris Saint Germain player being considered the Greatest player of all time.

35 years old Lionel Messi is regarded as one of the greatest football players to ever graced Earth, as he won 35 trophies during his time with Barcelona and two trophies so far for Paris Saint Germain. Not to mention he has seven Balon D’or titles to his name.

According to Ronaldinho, it would be unfair to say that Messi is the GOAT of all time, as other players were the best in their generation, players like Pele and Diego Maradona.

He feels it is difficult to single Messi out, as several others dominated their eras. So it won’t be okay to compare, as all of these players are relevant to their generation

Ronaldinho told Eleven Sports: “It is difficult to say [only Messi], there are so many players.

“I don’t like to compare. You had Pele, Maradona, there were so many. Every one of them was the best in their own time.”
