The January transfer window is rapidly filling up as teams across Europe have already started their operations, while rumors, talks, and confirmed transactions largely dominate the football sector.

Bournemouth, who are rumoured to have secured the acquisition of the 19-year-old Brazilian starlet Rayan from Vasco da Gama for a fee of £30 million, the Cherries looks at him as a Semenyo replacement. Rayan netted 14 goals last season, and his signing is expected to bring more firepower to Bournemouth’s frontline.

Several plotlines revolve around Arsenal. Based on a media article, the Gunners might be as well willing to let the Brazilian of Palmeiras, Gabriel Jesus, go this month, following his brace at the Champions League against Inter Milan. The teenage prodigy Ethan Nwaneri is going to Marseille on loan – Louis Neveu of RMC Sport has even said that the deal is close and negotiations have stepped up after Arsenal’s European tie.

Apart from that, Aston Villa and Juventus are rumored to be eyeing Crystal Palace forward Jean-Philippe Mateta; however, Fulham have chosen a different strategy and are lined up to compete with Wolfsburg and Real Betis for the summer signing of Republic of Ireland forward Troy Parrott. According to the Sun, the Cottagers are also in contact with Manchester City over a stake of £35m to bring Oscar Bobb in their ranks.

Several deals have been confirmed, like the England center-back Marc Guehi, who has signed for Manchester City from Crystal Palace, for a £20 million fee.

Girona loaned Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen, while Genoa got Justin Bijlow through a permanent transfer after his long spell at Feyenoord had come to an end.

In Serie A, Fiorentina have given the nod to Jack Harrison’s loan from Leeds, while Napoli are allegedly in talks with Chelsea for Raheem Sterling. Galatasaray, on the other hand, is nearing an agreement for a loan of Napoli winger Noa Lang.

There are still some weeks left in the window for more activities to be allowed, as teams are driving to be reinforced for the latter part of the season, resulting in the continuous and even more intensified transfer gossip mill by the end of ‍‌‍‍‌time.
