Remember that story about Kaka’s ex-wife leaving him because he was too perfect? Well, folks, it looks like someone’s been cooking up a storm in the rumor kitchen, and the main course is a big ol’ plate of fiction.
Caroline Celico, the former Mrs. Kaka, took to social media to debunk a fake quote claiming she wasn’t happy with the legendary footballer because he was, well, too darn perfect. Can you imagine? Apparently, some men out there think that happily ever after only comes with a side of flaws.
Here’s the real story: Celico and Kaka ended their marriage nearly a decade ago after 14 years together. They have two beautiful teenagers, and despite going their separate ways, they’ve managed to create a healthy co-parenting environment (kudos to both!). Celico is happily remarried to Eduardo Scarpa Julião, and they’re expecting their first child together next month.

Oh, and by the way, Kaka himself is no longer a single dad. He tied the knot with a Brazilian model named Carolina Dias a few years back. Looks like everyone’s found their happy ending, minus the unnecessary drama.
