The Katsina State Government has outlawed all forms of large religious, social and other kinds of night assemblage in the state.
The announcement was made by Malam Bala Salisu-Zango, the Commissioner for Information and Culture, in a statement made available to newsmen on Saturday, November 11 in Katsina.
He had announced that the ban included large religious and social public gatherings except for mandatory prayers.
According to the commissioner, the ban will take immediate effect.
Salisu-Zango, had therefore, urged the general public to strictly obey the directives, as defaulters would face the full wrath of the law.
