Reports have it that French Club, Monaco has their eyes on Super eagles defender Alex Iwobi, and could hold talks with Everton for the Midfielder next summer.
Iwobi took everyone by surprise this season, as he charmed everyone with his impressive performance for Everton this season, although his new form has been linked to Frank Lampard, Everton’s manager as he helped Iwobi gain his self-confidence after struggling for a while. The Nigerian Midfielder has registered one goal and bagged six assists in 14 league appearances for Everton.
If we can recall, Frank Lampard revealed that the club is already having talks with Alex concerning his contract extension, as the player’s contract with the club will soon expire.
