Madonna University has celebrated one of its students, chef Hilda Baci, who set a new world culinary record by cooking for 100 hours.
The university recognized Hilda Baci as a graduate of the same school and awarded her a scholarship to pursue her Ph.D.
The scholarship was offered by the university’s founder and president.
Hilda Bassey, a Nigerian from Akwa Ibom State, broke the personal longest cooking time record of 100 hours. Baci beat Indian chef Lata Tondon who completed the challenge in 2019 at 87:45:00.
