Gabriel Martinelli has extended his contract with Arsenal as he signed a four and half year deal with the club, which is to expire in 2027.
Arsenal revealed this as they posted a video of Martinelli expressing his love for the club. According to Martinelli, Arsenal is a club which he wants to stay, despite being born far away from North London, the fans here have made the place look and feel like home to home to him.
He further said that he feels so much pride being addressed as a Gunner, and that makes him feel at home, so he can’t imagine being anywhere else than Arsenal.
Martinelli in the announcement video said, “This is my club. I love everything about Arsenal. I want to stay. I was born a long way from north London but as soon as I got here, the supporters made me feel welcome.”
“It is about more than football. I feel the pride every day that comes from being a Gunner. I feel at home and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.” He added before finishing off sweetly saying, “I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else”.
