The White House has issued a response after American pop star Sabrina Carpenter publicly criticized the use of her music in a deportation-related video.
Carpenter, posting on her X account, described the video as evil and disgusting and made it clear that she wants no association with such content.
She wrote: “Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda.”
In reaction, White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson released a statement rejecting the singer’s request and doubling down on their stance.

The statement also referenced lines from some of Carpenter’s lyrics.
The response read: “Here’s a Short n’ Sweet message for Sabrina Carpenter: we won’t apologize for deporting dangerous criminal illegal murderers, rapists, and pedophiles from our country. Anyone who would defend these sick monsters must be stupid, or is it slow?”
The exchange has stirred widespread debate online, with many weighing in on the clash between the singer and the administration.
