Reports have that, Nantes have been having talks with super eagles defender, Moses Simon on extending his contract with the club.
Simon who moved to Nantes from Spanish club Levantes on a loan in 2019, Nantes made his move permanent due to his fantastic performance in the club, in a €3m deal in 2020.
He has 3 goals to his name in six appearances for Nantes this season, he already has 24 goals and 23 assists to his name in all appearances for Nantes this season. So Nantes wants to extend Simon’s contract with a two-year deal.
Last season, Simon helped Nantes to win the French cup.
He featured for super eagles in their test match against Algeria team B and will be in action for super eagles in the FIFA sanctioned international friendly match with Algeria team A in Oran on Tuesday.
