Super Eagles player, Wilfred Ndidi was ruled out of Nigeria’s friendly game with Algeria after he picked up an injury in Leicester City’s last match with Tottenham which they lost.
Jose Peseiro, Super Eagles head coach, Revealed that Ndidi didn’t pass the fitness test, due to a slight tear in his hamstring. He was therefore released from the super eagles camp in Constantine, last week Wednesday and has returned to England, after training with super eagles twice.
The report has it that he has a slight grade one tear. Nevertheless, since the Injury is not that severe he is expected to be in action for Leicester City in their match against Nottingham Forest on Monday, October 3rd.
Leicester City has failed to register any win since the EPL started and is currently at the bottom of the EPL table
