Manchester United Legend, Gary Neville has suggested that Manchester United should consider buying Brentford goalkeeper, David Raya to replace David De Gea.
Neville praised United for clinching the Carabao title after defeating, Newcastle in Sunday’s finals. He further suggested ways by which the team can improve and one of them is finding a suitable replacement for David De Gea who might leave United this Summer.
According to him, After watching Raya’s performance in one of Brentford’s matches he knew he’ll be a suitable replacement for De Gea, and since he has a year left, so he’ll be a good keeper for United.
Speaking on The Overlap podcast, “I went to watch Brentford a couple of weeks ago… I think he’s going to become available, he’s only got a year left. I think he could step up.
“I think Raya would interest United in the summer.”
