NOUN selects new registrar, bursar, and librarian

The appointment of a new registrar, bursar, and librarian for a single term of five years has been approved by the Governing Council of the National Open University of Nigeria. 

This was said in a statement released on Tuesday and signed by Ibrahim Sheme, Director of Media and Publicity of NOUN. 

The bursar was chosen as Mr. Nasir Gusau Marafa, while the registrar was chosen as Mr. Oladipo Adetayo Ajayi. A female university’s librarian was chosen, and her name is Dr. Angela Ebele Okpala. 

Separate letters dated 27th of June, 2022, and signed by the departing registrar, Mr. Felix I. Edoka, were used by the institution to communicate their appointments. 

The three nominations, according to Edoka, were approved by the university’s governing council at its 69th meeting on June 23, 2022. 

The appointment of the new registrar, according to Edoka, will begin on the 5th of September, 2022. 

On the other hand, the university librarian’s appointment begins on the 23rd ofJune, 2022, while the new bursar’s appointment begins on 17th of September, 2022.
