Well-known Nigerian singer Tobechukwu Okoh, otherwise known as Peruzzi has boasted about being the brain behind David Adeleke aka Davido‘s trendy songs: ‘Unavailable’ and ‘Risky’.
Peruzzi, a current signee at Davido’s record label, DMW (Davido Music Worldwide) had disclosed this information through a video shared on Instagram. In the video, he was seen sharing a freestyle session in the studio and gloating about his “pen mastery.”
In a video now gone video, Peruzzi remarked that he was not present when he wrote ‘Unavailable’ but the result had exceeded his expectations.
In his words:
“Risky [the song], but what did you expect when I wrote Risky? Let us go to pen game mastery, I let my pen game speak even when I am high. You will never see my pen game drop.”
“When I wrote ‘Unavailable’, I was still unavailable but I did it though; [now] see the outcome, [it’s] unbelievable.” he said.
Unavailable is a track off Davido’s fourth and latest studio album titled ‘Timeless’, while ‘Risky’ which features Popcaan, a popular Jamaican singer, was released in 2019.
