Peter Obi still leads the polls in Nasarawa State.
From the results announced in Lafia by Prof Ishaya Tanko, The National Electoral Commission’s Collation Officer, in Nasarawa State on Monday. Obi polled 191, 361 votes, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, polled 172, 922, and Atiku Abubakar from the People’s Democratic party scored 147, 093 votes.
Despite the fact Obi has been leading in some states, he is still yet to poll the number of votes that surpasses that of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar. The Labour Party has even called for the cancellation of the Collation of Results by the INEC chairman, as they accused INEC of not being an independent umpire.
It’s getting tougher and tougher. Who do you think will emerge as the President of Nigeria?
