Posted Defiant Message Osimhen Makes Serie A  Team The Week.

Super Eagles star, Victor Osimhen has been included in the Serie A team of the week.

Osimhen has been super terrific for Napoli in the serie A game. Osimhen scored a goal and bagged an Assist in Napoli’s game against Atalanta, they defeated Atalanta 2-1 and retained their spot at the top of the serie A table.

Osimhen scored an equalizer for Napoli after Ademola’s Lookman goal from the penalty spot put Atalanta in the lead. He also provided an assist For Napoli’s second goal.

Osimhen is currently the top goal scorer in serie A, as he has eight goals for Napoli in nine games for Napoli.

Newcastle has however encouraged the 26-year-old player, by posting his image on their Twitter page with the caption that his time will come

“His time will come.”

Speaking on this, Eddie Howe Newcastle’s manager admitted that it’s a painful thing to be snubbed for the world cup game, he also praised Joe for his impressive performance in the team and the hard work that he has constantly displayed.

“There’s always an element of disappointment for anyone that misses out,” he said.

“I think Joe has been incredible for me since I joined the football club. Every single day he’s very consistent in his work and has produced some brilliant performances. It wasn’t to be for him.”
