Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has spoken out against allegations of theft leveled against her, linking the claims to her ongoing marital crisis with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
During a recent live session, the actress alleged that the accusations were deliberately initiated by the lawmaker, insisting that he was directly responsible for the situation.
She further disclosed that an arrest warrant had reportedly been issued not only in her name but also against members of her family.
Firmly rejecting the claims, Regina questioned the credibility of the accusation, arguing that her husband does not keep physical cash in his residence. According to her, this makes the allegation of stealing 40,000 dollars completely unfounded.
“No, it’s confirmed, it’s true, and it is Ned, and I’ve confirmed it, it is Ned. There’s a warrant on everybody, the same warrant dey my head. He’s saying that we stole 40,000 dollars from his house, whereas he doesn’t even keep money in the house, so why is he saying we stole 40k?” she said.
The actress’s reaction has since sparked conversations online, with many social media users weighing in on the escalating dispute between the couple.
