Christiano Ronaldo, the ex-United player has rejected an offer to join an Australian league club, A-League
Danny Townsend, the chief of A league disclosed that he wanted to lure Ronaldo to his club, but he refused.
According to Townsend, he had some discussions with him, but it’s clear that Ronaldo has his priority somewhere else.
“We had interesting discussions, and there was genuine interest, but it’s clear he has other priorities at this stage,” Townsend told the Sydney Morning Herald.
If we can recall, there were reports that Ronaldo has accepted an offer from Saudi Arabian club, Al Nassr, but the five times Balon D’or winner has debunked such rumors
“No, that is not true – not true,” Ronaldo said.
Everyone is wondering what the future holds for Ronaldo after terminating his contract with Manchester United due to some controversies.
