Sophia Momodu, Davido’s first baby mom has reacted to Israel DMW’s allegations that Davido paid for their daughter Imade’s worldwide travels.
On Children’s Day, Imade said in an interview with Pulse Nigeria that she can no longer recall how many countries she had visited.
Israel responded to the video by writing in a blog post that his boss paid for the trips, calling it “Oga’s money.”
Sophia Momodu responded to Israel’s comment by criticizing him on X for linking her labors to Davido and his wealth.

She said wrote on x saying;
“When Israel lied on social media some time ago, I told him that I don’t find it funny, and he apologized. I don’t understand why he is lying about his Oga on my child’s post again. What is the connection between your oga’s funds and bringing my kid on a tour to the south of France?You guys are very rude to me on social media, even though you owe me a ton of money. Is everything okay with Israel?
“Like I’m busy! I’ve always been very clear on understanding my purpose as a parent. It’s either you’re helping or you’re a distraction. Israel no dey fear God? What’s all this?”
She concluded: “”This is what happens when you openly violate someone else’s boundaries.” You are too close to home to spew such lies openly without considering the consequences. As a single parent, openly telling such a lie, even if it was ‘only a joke’, has consequences. I strive very hard to care for my child and meet her needs. It’s wrong to convey the impression that I’m being supported by some oga.”
