American pop star Taylor Swift has reassured her fans that marriage will not mark the end of her music career.
In an interview with BBC Radio 2, the Life Of A Showgirl hitmaker addressed growing speculations that she would stop making music after her recent engagement to NFL star Travis Kelce.
Swift dismissed the rumours, stating that marriage is not a reason to abandon one’s passion or career. She emphasized that her fiancé appreciates and supports her dedication to music.
“It’s not why people get married, so they can quit their job. Oh, I know they love to panic sometimes, but it’s like I love the person that I am with because he loves what I do and he loves how much I am fulfilled by making art and making music,” she said.
It will be recalled that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got engaged in August 2025 after dating since the summer of 2023.
