If we can recall, a teenager named Ralph Yarl, was shot in the head and hand by 84 years old, white man, when Ralph who was not with his phone, mistook the house his twin brothers were in and knocked on the door of the white man.
The good news is that Ralph is still alive, and is recovering very fast although he hasn’t fully recovered, Shaun King, the family spokesperson on Wednesday posted on his Instagram page some pictures of Ralph sitting on a bench with his Attorney, attorney Lee Merritt.
According to Shaun, Ralph has been discharged as his survival is a miracle because he would have been dead if the bullet had penetrated further into his head.
King said, “He’s home and looks great. Ralph is a WALKING MIRACLE with a head of steel. Had the bullet hit his head a fraction of an inch in any other direction he would probably be dead right now.”
The accused, Andrew has been granted a temporary bail, but he is to report to the police station twice a month, and he is to own or possess any weapon, and must no account make any contact with the victim’s family. The report has it that he accused mistook the boy for a thief and fired the shot to scare him away, but ended up injuring him.
The case has been adjourned to June 1st.
