The flamingos Lose To Colombia 6-5 on Penalties.

The Nigerian U-17 team has crashed out of the U-17 Women’s World Cup finals, as they lost 6-5 to Colombia on penalties, in the semi-finals on Wednesday.

The Flamingos dominated possessions in the game but failed to work on their attack system, as Colombia stood their ground by defending deep, this is the exact tactics Colombia used in defeating Tanzania. 

The first half saw no team score. Despite the changes made by Olowookere in the second half, Flamingos could not still break Colombia’s defense, the game dragged on to extra time, and the penalties shootout began.
