The remains of the late Nollywood make-up Artist, Ms Abigail Edith Frederick who died alongside popular actor, Junior Pope and three others in a boat accident last week has been thankfully, laid to rest in her hometown, Ikot Udoma, in Eket Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State.
Late Abigail Frederick, a graduate of Theater Arts University of Uyo (UNIUYO) was buried in her family compound on Monday.
This was all thanks to Pastor Umo Eno, the State Governor who had during the weekend, ordered for her body be exhumed and brought home for proper and decent burial.
He had paid a visit to the late lady’s family during the weekend to console them over the demise of the 24-year-old make-up artist.
Her obsequies were conducted by Church of Christ, Ikot Udoma, Eket local government area.
Eno had also promised to assist her two undergraduate sisters in school, and also renovate the deceased family house in Eket.
Reports have revealed that the Personal Assistants to the Governor, on Entertainment, had been on ground at Asaba on Sunday where her remains were exhumed and later brought home for burial.
