At the Bitcoin 2024 conference, former US President Donald Trump promised to turn the United States into the leading country for cryptocurrency advancements and investments.
Trump, who is running for president again as a Republican, said he wants to create a good environment for the crypto industry to grow and improve.
With a crowd of over 20,000 people, Trump drew a parallel from the crypto community to the steel industry and complimented their creative and teamwork qualities. He compared Bitcoin to gold and trusted that one day it would even outstrip gold in worth.
The former president of the United States was predicting that cryptocurrency would make the United States globally dominant. He announced his dream of establishing Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in his country.
