Two Nigerian have been arrested by the Italian police after they had illegally practiced Medicine, leading to the death of a 20-day-old Nigerian boy.
They had carried out a ritual circumcision ok the boy last Friday, but since they did not qualify as medical personnel, the boy bleed to death, he was pronounced dead on arrival when he was rushed to the hospital.
The women were arrested on Monday and have been charged with aggravated manslaughter and illegal Medical practice.
The child’s mother was not left out of the whole issue, as she is being investigated as they suspect she conspired with the woman to commit manslaughter.
