It’s been an eventful ride for the Flying Eagles in the 2023 U-20 AFCON in Egypt, as they finished third after defeating The Young Carthage Eagles of Tunisia 3-0 at the Cairo International Stadium.
Since the third place has been cliched by The Flying Eagles, all attention is directed to Saturday’s Finals as Senegal will take on the Gambia in the conquest of the U-20 AFCON title.
Nigeria, Tunisia, Senegal, and the Gambia have all secured their tickets for the U-20 World Cup which will take place later this year.
