UEFA over its decision-making and its ‘intimidation’ of critics as it asks for more time to answer dozens of enquiries.
UEFA general secretary Theodore Theodoridis, in a letter seen by BBC Sport, said FIFA had not answered important questions, including how much was spent on the reform proposals after Infantino’s failed World Cup investment plan at last week’s FIFA Council meeting.
It is a long document that includes details about FIFA Forward Enterprise investment proposals, the FIFA Peace Prize to Donald Trump and the suspension row involving Folarin Balogun.
UEFA also raised the question of why the private investment was going ahead, especially in view of FIFA’s net worth. It further expressed concern about the reported relationship between Fifa and Thrive Capital, which is led by Joshua Kushner.
It called for the organisation to be required to explain how the decision was taken, and whether the FIFA Council was consulted in the right manner.

Additional questions relate to other disclosed payments made to Infantino, FIFA agreements with Trump Tower in New York, and the reasoning for immediately lifting the suspension of Balogun following Trump’s intervention.
UEFA cautioned that up-to-the-minute rule changes wouldn’t mitigate non-publicity over ancient decisions.
The deadline falls prior to November 18, when the candidates will have to reaffirm their plan to face off against Infantino in next year’s presidential race.
FIFA has been contacted for comment but has not yet responded to the queries.
