Victor Oladipo has put out an emotional cry to all NBA general managers to reignite his severely damaged career, which has been hit with career-ending knee injuries since April 2023.
He last featured in an NBA game in Miami’s Game 3 on April 19, where he experienced an injury to the patellar tendon on the left side of his knee. A two-time NBA All-Star and the second pick in the 2013 draft, Oladipo’s career has since failed to take off, owing to multiple injury concerns, with a ruptured right quadriceps on April 10, 2019, being another, and he has been unable to feature in more than 42 games for a season since.

But the 34-year-old maintained his belief that he has the right tools in place to still perform, proving his credentials by playing again in the G League, where he averaged 13.5 points per game along with 4.6 boards and 3.8 assists in 26 games for the Wisconsin Herd last term.
The previous Indiana Pacers playmaker staged his own exhibition session in Las Vegas in July, with NBA front-office personnel throughout Summer League showing NBA personnel he is fit enough to take his place back and Oladipo posted online that, “I think my body is finally right. “I think there’s big and even better, competitive basketball left to be played.”
