The 2023 West African Senior School Certificate Examination for School Candidates will begin on the 8th of May, and end on Friday, the 23rd of June, 2023 in Nigeria, according to the West African Examinations Council.
Mr Patrick Areghan, the Head of the Nigeria National Office, had during a press briefing on Thursday, May 4 revealed that a total of 1,621,853 candidates from about 20,851 secondary schools have duly registered for the 2023 WASSCE.
Areghan had then announced that schools that defaulted in uploading the Continuous Assessment score within the given time frame after a lot of free upload periods had been given would face possible penalties.
