The FCT High Court in Life Camp, Abuja, has adjourned the trial of Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, in a case of assault and battery until April 8, 2026.
Both counsels for the parties—the claimant’s lawyer, Uchenna Ojembe, and Odumodublvck’s lawyer, Taiwo Akinsulie—were present in court, but the trial could not proceed due to ongoing renovations in the courtroom. The legal teams, however, agreed on a mutually convenient date to resume proceedings.

The case was filed by Nigerian musician Ogbogiri Okey Levi, popularly known as Kraziecent, who alleged that Odumodublvck physically assaulted him during a public event in December 2024.
According to the civil suit, Kraziecent stated that he was peacefully taking pictures and videos when he was attacked by Odumodublvck for no apparent reason. He claimed the assault caused emotional distress and resulted in damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The claimant is seeking an order from the court directing Odumodublvck to cover his medical expenses from the incident. Additionally, Kraziecent is demanding N2 billion in damages and has requested that Odumodublvck issue a public apology across all his social media platforms and in two national newspapers, among other remedies sought in the suit.
