Henrich Akomolafe, a 29 years old politician and engineer has won the ticket to contest for the House of representative position in the Ekiti South federal constituency under the people’s democratic party.
He won this ticket unopposed as he was the only candidate that came for the screening in Ikere. Akomolafe who was inspired by the “Not Too Young To Run” bill said he is participating because he believed in a better representation by the youths. He thanked Bisi Kolawole for supporting his ambition to run for the House of Representatives, he also added that he owed him for his support and would do his best to deliver the best for his people. He also extended his gratitude to the people of Ekiti Southwest and the PDP chieftains who had allowed him to serve.
“By the Grace of God and by the will of men who have been by my side since day one, on February 25, 2023, this mandate shall be sealed and we shall commence our rebuilding journey fully.”
