Renowned social media critic, Verydarkman (VDM), has asked TVC News to invite him to respond to the allegations made by comedian Deeone during a segment on the channel.
While appearing on TVC, Deeone accused VDM of mishandling his NGO’s funds and claimed to possess evidence of the activist involved in a sexual encounter with a man.
In a heartfelt Instagram post on Sunday, VDM urged for an opportunity to clear his name on the same platform, alleging that the television station had spread false information.
He captioned the video, “@tvcnewsng please I need to come and defend myself, I am innocent of all those allegations guys please beg TVC to send me an invitation @davido I am innocent @mazitundeednut I am innocent @dkokopee I am innocent.”
In the comments, he questioned TVC’s credibility further, implying a bias in their coverage.
“If @tvcnewsng doesn’t invite ME, then the rumors of TVC being used to drive Tinubu’s narrative might be true. Allegations of them working against anyone that speaks against the ills of this BAT government MIGHT BE TRUE.”
