Kenyan woman Hellen Ati has fired back after reports surfaced that Nigerian socialite Cubana Chief Priest, whose real name is Pascal Okechukwu, has filed a lawsuit against her in Kenya.

While many had expected the legal action to demand a DNA test, court documents reportedly show that the suit aims to stop Hellen from publicly identifying Pascal as the father of her child.

In a video she shared online, Hellen voiced her anger, accusing him of trying to silence her instead of addressing the issue directly.

She claimed she had asked him several times over the years to take a paternity test, but he consistently refused.

“Pascal thinks he can sue right? You know within yourself that you are supposed to be in jail by now, and you have audacity, after how many years of calling you to prove yourself innocent with a DNA test if you are sure that I’m lying against you,” she said.

Hellen went on to express confidence in the Kenyan legal system, stating:

“This is Kenya, my country, not Nigeria where you believe you can buy lawyers with your money or the hospital to change the DNA result. I didn’t defame you, I have only been calling you to do a paternity test but you refused. I can’t be silent by your lawsuit. I will continue to call you out until you do the needful.”

Her video has sparked fresh conversation across social media, as the ongoing legal and paternity battle continues to attract attention.
