American rapper and entrepreneur, Sean “Diddy” Combs, is expected to regain his freedom in 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
The update, released on Monday, October 27, 2025, comes three weeks after the hip-hop mogul was handed a 50-month prison term on two counts of interstate prostitution.

Diddy, who has been behind bars since his September 2024 arrest in New York following a grand jury indictment, is officially slated for release on May 8, 2028.
The embattled music star has been in federal custody since his arrest, marking one of the most high-profile legal cases in the U.S. entertainment industry in recent years.
