Nollywood star Regina Daniels has expressed heartfelt joy following the reconciliation of her estranged parents, describing their reunion as a long-awaited moment of peace within her family.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, the actress revealed that her parents, who had been sworn enemies for years, have finally come together — solely for her happiness.
“Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness. And I dare question God for putting me in this situation?” Daniels wrote.

According to her, both parents are currently in Abuja working hand in hand to secure the release of her brother, Sammy, who is allegedly being detained.
“Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long but we will get him out even if I have to march there myself and create a storm! Since they want me!” she added passionately.
Speaking further, Daniels praised her parents, describing her father as “one of the biggest lawyers back in the day” and her mother, veteran actress Rita Daniels, as “a powerhouse” devoted to her children.
“My father is a lawyer. Actually one of the biggest back in the day but Nigeria happened. I’ll tell you more about my father later and my mother? She’s a powerhouse! They would do anything for their children. I love you, mom and dad! This is all I actually ever wanted,” she wrote.
Her emotional post comes amid growing public speculation about her troubled marriage to politician and businessman, Ned Nwoko.
In October, the actress had sparked concern after a viral video showed her in tears, lamenting alleged domestic abuse. “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing. But in my house, I am a queen. Not again. I can’t stand the violence, it’s too much,” she cried out in the video.
The incident drew widespread reactions from fans and Nollywood colleagues.
Nwoko, however, denied the allegations, claiming instead that Regina was struggling with “drug and alcohol abuse,” which, according to him, caused instability in their marriage. He further alleged that she had become “uncontrollable” and in need of rehabilitation.
In a more recent development, Regina Daniels has vowed to stand firm and fight for the wellbeing of her children.
