Following the rumors making rounds on the online media space about an air crash, the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria has come out to openly debunk the rumor.
Some hours into Tuesday, the 24th of May, 2022, videos of an airplane seen in an expressway in Ikeja, the city of Lagos State Nigeria aroused a lot of attention. The airplane was seen parked along the expressway.
FAAN has explained that the owner of the plane had sold the plane to someone else. They further stated that the new owner of the plane dismantled the wings and towed it to its final destination.
In the video, the plane was seen with a towing van parked in front of it.
The Airport Authority has further advised the members of the public to please debunk every rumor of an air crash in Nigeria.
