Kendrick Lamar has taken the spotlight at the upcoming 68th Grammy Awards after earning the highest number of nominations ahead of the ceremony scheduled for Sunday in Los Angeles.
The acclaimed rapper picked up nine nominations across several high-profile categories, placing him at the top of this year’s contenders. Lady Gaga follows closely with seven nominations, while Bad Bunny, pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter, and R&B star Leon Thomas each secured six nods.
Organisers of the awards unveiled nominees spanning major general categories, pop, rap, global music and music video fields, reflecting a broad mix of established acts and rising talents.
