Four months after giving birth to a baby boy, the 24-year-old shared a peek into her workout regimen. However, it hasn’t been the simplest gym session for The Kardashians star. “I have been dealing with a lot of back & knee pain this time with my second baby so it delays my workouts,” she wrote together with a video of herself on the treadmill, “but I am on a mission to get fit again.”
Kylie had been recording her gym workouts for the last few months since she gave birth to her son. In April, she posted a pic of her core, captioning it: “My abs over here trying to make a comeback finally.” As for her reliable routine, the makeup tycoon disclosed later that same month that it was a blend of walking and Pilates.
She has motivated other parents to be considerate to themselves, too, stating that giving birth was not easy mentally, physically, or spiritually.
