Spurs managed a rare 2-0 league win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge when they visited their London neighbours – only their second league win in 37 attempts.
The game got underway at a relatively slow pace, with the home side keeping the ball in their own half while Chelsea searched for openings on the counter-attack. Cole Palmer’s shot was comfortably saved by Kinsky while Kudus missed to the other end.
Kinsky held his nerve for the rest of the half as Henderson and Neto both tried in vain to drag Tottenham back into the match.
Chelsea were still pushing for the early goal after the break, only for their prospects to be hit by a costly error from goalkeeper Mike Penders. The Belgian rushed his clearance, punching the ball into his own net to give Tottenham the advantage.

Things got worse for the hosts after Palmer was shown a second yellow card for a late tackle on Conor Gallagher, reducing Chelsea to 10 men.
Tottenham ruthlessly took advantage of their numerical superiority in the dying moments. Mathys Tel burst through and, after evading Maxence Lacroix, drove a low shot into the bottom corner with three minutes remaining.
This ended Tottenham’s away run of matches with a win, and took them into 12th place in the Premier League.
Chelsea, in the meantime, had their six-match unbeaten run on the road brought to an end. They now turn their attention to matches against Manchester United and, perhaps more importantly, Liverpool.
