Rahama Sadau, a Nigerian actress, has cut ties with the Tinubu/Shettima Women Presidential Campaign Team.
Along with other Nollywood performers, the actress’ name was placed in the team’s Creative and Entertainment Category.
Sadau remarked that she had no idea how her name wound up on the list in a disclaimer on her Twitter account.
This is a huge fat lie, the actress said, claiming that she is not affiliated with the effort. I don’t know about that. I have no idea how my name ended up on this list or how this is even related to me.
The names of 944 women and wives of notable APC leaders, including First Lady Aisha Buhari, Remi Tinubu, Nana Shettima, and others, were included in the team list that was made public on Saturday.
