Super Eagles player, Paul Onuachu, brought in his A game for Genk in their 3-1 win against Brugge in Sunday’s league game.
Genk is currently top in the Belgian pro league table, with 49 points, ten points above second place Saint Gilloise.
Hans Vanaken scored for Brugge in the 21st minute putting Brugge in the lead, and Carlos Cuesta equalized for Genk in the 25th minute. Onuachu then scored for Genk after receiving an assist from Joseph Paintstil in the 67th minute, making it his 14th goal for Genk this season.
Bryan Heynen sealed Genk’s win as the netted another goal for Genk making it 3-1.
