Despite the fact the inauguration held yesterday, the battle as to who the rightful winner of the February 25th Presidential election continues, as the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal resumed Hearing on Tuesday, 30th of June.
In attendance, is the vice Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Datti Baba-Ahmed –who has never attended any of the court proceedings, before today– and Peter Obi.
At today’s hearing, the Labour Party will present one witness today, out of the 50 witnesses it promised to present.
The Tribunal court has meanwhile, adjourned the hearing of the petition by the Allied People’s Movement, APM against INEC, APC and others.
