The situation with Mr Ibu is turning into a bit of a comedy, if you ask me. How did his family go from ensuring he got the best medical attention to squabbling over donated funds for his health? I mean, the man just had one of his legs amputated, for goodness’ sake! Now, Mr Ibu’s wife, Stella Marris, and his adopted daughter, Jasmine, are having quite the showdown all over social media.
The saga began when activist VeryDarkman accused Stella of eyeing the money raised for Mr Ibu’s hospital bills for her own gains. He claimed she wanted a chunk of the funds for a new iPhone and a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift), stirring up quite the controversy.
But Stella had a lot to say in her defense. She strongly denied all of VeryDarkman’s accusations, calling them baseless. She even fired back with a rhetorical question, wondering if anyone could think she’d be planning cosmetic surgeries and phone upgrades while her husband, whom she’d spent 16 years with, lay sick in bed.
According to Stella, things got messier when Jasmine misled her about finances, prompting her to ask for financial statements. On top of that, Stella alleged that her stepson and Jasmine had plans to relocate to the UK together as a couple.
To add fuel to the fire, Stella criticized VeryDarkman for poking his nose into their family matters, claiming other celebrities who visited Mr Ibu didn’t get involved in the family drama. This mess has become a test of who’s reasonable and who isn’t, it seems.
