President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Lagos to inaugurate the construction of the Lagos-Calabar highway. This significant infrastructure project is set to commence with a formal flag-off ceremony.

Reception in Lagos

Upon arrival at the Murtala Muhammed Airport, President Tinubu was welcomed by Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and other government officials. The reception marked the beginning of a series of activities related to the highway construction.

Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, announced on Friday that President Tinubu would initiate the construction of the Lagos-Calabar highway on May 26. This project is part of the administration’s broader infrastructure development agenda.
