Chike, a Nigerian singer, recently went viral after he gave out ₦100,000 to a fan after the latter asked for six consecutive days on Twitter. August 19, 2024, the same constant fan of the singer again wrote to the singer asking for help to buy a laptop, and in his message, he mentioned he loves Chike’s voice.
Chike responded with a simple message: “Send your bank account. “ The next thing the fan had sent his details and the singer proceeded to send him the amount. The fan later took to the same post to profusely thank Chike for his generosity and revealed that he had transfered.
This gesture comes shortly after Chike was involved in a controversy where he gave ₦1 million to a troll who had insulted him. The troll even said that he became popular from the late singer Mohbad but Chike, laughing at the troll, called him “Hunger Boy” and sent the money to shut him up.
