Recently evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Action Benjamin, called Ben, has declared that he intends to sue Wanni and Handi for accusing him of inappropriately touching Handi while she was sleeping.
He has told Classic FM that he is pressing charges against them with his legal team. He added that he had asked the organizers of the show for CCTV footage in order to prove his innocence against the twins and clear his name.
The next move by Ben will definitely stir more drama with the unfolding situation.
