The Nigeria Football Federation has announced the list of 23-man Super Eagles that will play in their final two 2025 AFCON qualifiers with Rwanda and Benin Republic. The Super Eagles, who top Group D with 10 points from four games, need just a single draw from these matches to seal a spot in Morocco.
Coach Augustine Eguavoen’s team is replete with great talents, spearheaded by in-form Galatasaray starlet Victor Osimhen, who comes up front with Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman and AC Milan’s Samuel Chukwueze. Further being reinforced by Sevilla’s Kelechi Iheanacho, Victor Boniface comes on for Bayer Leverkusen to give Nigeria an impressive frontline.

The Super Eagles open the account on November 14 at the Stade Félix-Houphouët-Boigny against Gernot Rohr’s Benin Republic, before returning to Uyo for the final match against Rwanda on 18th November at Godswill Akpabio Stadium.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria are oozing with confidence, having made their way back to compete for continental glory, following a second-place finish in the just-concluded AFCON tournament held in Côte d’Ivoire. With the depth and balance in Eguavoen’s squad, the Super Eagles are well placed to close out their qualifying campaign in style.
