Justice M N Yunusa has gone rogue like other bias Justices in Nigeria. The Federal High Court has nullified the candidature of Abia State Governor-elect Dr Alex Otti. It is not just the Governor-elect that got the boot. The In-Justice also sacked all Labor Party candidates in just concluded elections.
The Federal High Court sitting in Kano ruled that the emergence of the candidates did not comply with the provisions of the 2022 electoral act.
Now…. one would ask, where this Justice and his paymasters before and during the election proper? – I am asking because there was not a single word about compliance before now.
According to the suit – FHC/KN/CS/107/2023 – filed by one mister Ibrahim Haruna Ibrahim against the Labor Party and INEC, Labor Party failed to submit its membership register to INEC within 30 days leading to the primaries – which as a result invalidates the primaries.
This is another reason why Nigeria is where it is today and make continue to remain so…!
